Subject: SOI-200 and SOI-250 End of Life Notification

Due to current market conditions and the difficulty of securing aging parts, Spectrum Controls will discontinue support and repairs for the SOI-200 and SOI-250. Our Service Center has developed three options for existing customers to facilitate this transition defined below:

1. Repair of Defective Units: (while replacement parts last)
Contact the Service Center discuss repair options. Replacement parts will be available on a first come first served basis until current inventories are exhausted.

2. Keypad Replacement Kits
Spectrum Controls is offering a "last time buy" for keypad replacement kits. Please review your requirements and place your "last time buy" order before March 23, 2001. Contact the Service Center as soon as possible for price and availability.

3. Product Upgrade
The SOI-120 and SOI-260 operator interface products are the suggested upgrade. Data sheets for each of these products are included for your review. Contact our Inside Sales Department for price, availability and additional information.
