Spectrum Controls Announces Appointment of New Sales and Marketing Director

April 14, 2003—Bellevue, Washington—Spectrum Controls, Inc., a leading manufacturer of hardware and software for the industrial controls marketplace, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe North as sales and marketing director. North, who brings more than 20 years of sales and client management expertise to his new role, will guide the strategic direction and execution of Spectrum Controls’ sales and marketing team across multiple channels.

Most recently, North served as vice president of sales and marketing for ICrescendo, a leading time, attendance and access control solutions provider, where he was responsible for all facets of sales, marketing and channel development. Prior to that, he served as the director of client engagements at Salire Partners, a sales management consulting practice providing expertise in sales leadership, process and operations. While at Digital MicroWave, North developed and executed a worldwide, strategic account program targeted at Nortel that grew sales from zero to over $25M in 6 months.
