Spectrum Controls Announces New 1762 Micrologix and 1794 Flex I/O Universal Analog Input Modules

The 1794sc-IF8IU is an eight (8) channel analog input module that supports voltage, current, RTD, resistance and thermocouple inputs. The 1794sc-IRT8I is an eight (8) channel analog input module that supports thermocouple, millivolt, RTD and resistance inputs.  Direct replacement for their non-isolated?  Over 25 input types are supported in each module including the most common thermocouples and RTDs. Inputs may be mixed and matched on a channel to channel basis.  Accuracy is comparable to traditional dedicated I/O modules.  The module offers 250 volt channel-to-channel isolation which prevents channel crosstalk.  The module uses the existing Rockwell 1794-TB3G terminal base and is configured using your RSLogix programming software.  The module is compatible with the Rockwell Ethernet, ControlNet, and DeviceNet communications adaptors.

1762sc-IF8U –Universal Analog Module for MicroLogix 1100/1200/1400

The 1762sc-IF8U is an eight (8) channel analog input module that supports voltage, current, RTD, resistance and thermocouple inputs. Over 25 input types are supported including the most common thermocouples and RTDs. Inputs may be mixed and matched on a channel to channel basis.  Channels pairs are consumed when connecting RTD inputs.  The module is compatible with MicroLogix 1100/1200/1400 programmable controllers.  Configured is accomplished using your existing RSLogix 500 programming software. 

This now completes a broad offering of Universal Analog input modules.  Previously released and available today are 1756 Universal, 1769 Universal for CompactLogix and Micrologix 1500, and 1746 Universal for legacy SLC 500 users.
