Spectrum Controls Now Offering DTAM™ Plus and DTAM™ Micro Operator Interfaces.

Spectrum Controls and Rockwell Automation have entered into an agreement to continue manufacture and support of DTAM products.

February 6, 2004—Bellevue, Washington -- Spectrum Controls, Inc., a leading manufacturer of hardware and software for the industrial controls marketplace, announces availability of select DTAM Plus and DTAM Micro character-based operator interface products from Spectrum Controls. The DTAM products represent an extension to the existing Spectrum Operator Interface (SOI) product line.

The DTAM Micro and DTAM Plus feature flexible communications options allowing compatibility with existing Allen-Bradley PLC products.  The products offer a variety of  programming options allowing you to view data as well as generate operator prompts.  Alarm screens can monitor critical data table registers and prompt an operator when an out-of-range condition exists.  Interface options include DF1 and DH485 protocols.

These small, low cost operator interface products represent the ideal solution for OEM customers requiring field proven performance and reliability. Spectrum Operator Interface products are available with a variety communication protocols allowing you to interface to a broad range of PLCs and serial devices.

As Rockwell Automation Global Encompass Partner the addition of the DTAM products line represents Spectrum's continuing effort to globally support Rockwell customers
